Booking Information & Cancellation Policies

Clip n Climbs terms and conditions allow you to cancel or reschedule a booking as long as you give them at least 48 hours notice. This should be done over the phone by calling 020 7736 2271. Separate terms apply for children's parties, school bookings, corporate events and other private hires.

Clip n Climb does not currently offer student discounts or discounts for NHS workers or blue card holders.

What To Wear

Clip n Climb requires you to bring comfortable clothing and close-toed shoes. All other equipment such as helmets and harnesses are provided.

Age Restrictions

You must be at least 4 years old to take part in a standard session. Special toddler sessions for under 4s are run during the week.

Things To Do - Rides & Attractions

There are 21 different climbing challenges to take part in, from climbing the tall skyscraper to speed leaderboards for more nimble climbers. There are also special sessions you can book separately with exciting attractions. As well as the climb you will get a safety introduction and harness fitting.

How Long Does A Trip To Clip N Climb Last?

Standard sessions are 55 minutes long, not including your safety briefing and harness fittings.
