The hotel, and staff are lovely. It's a shame such a beautiful hotel is now in such a built up area. You can still get a sense of when it was the hotel for Croydon airport in the 1920s, and there's a real feel of an old world. Breakfast was really tasty and the staff couldn't do enough. Really worth a visit.

Great 1st Stay ! I stayed the night before a customer event . I had a small double room which was clean and adequate for my needs @ and great price . What makes this hotel are the staff , Adelina and the team were simply fantastic . Nothing was too much trouble !! Thanks again for a great stay I’ll be back !

Great place to stay in London We are so impressed with this hotel as it has made a significant effort to update its rooms and floors over the past few months which couldn’t have been easy when guests are staying. It’s a great venue with a good choice of breakfast at a good price and very helpful staff.
