• Ice (enough to fill a shaker and glass)
• 50ml soda water
• Lemon wheel and rosemary sprig (for garnish)

Instructions

• Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
• Add the Otterbeck Distillery Cotton Garden Gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and honey syrup to the shaker.
• Gently clap a sprig of fresh rosemary and thyme between your hands to release the oils, then add them to the shaker.
• Shake well for 15-20 seconds to chill and combine the ingredients.
• Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.
• Top with 50ml of soda water for a refreshing fizz.
• Garnish with a lemon wheel and a sprig of rosemary.
