- When redeeming, your voucher is valid for bookings until 31st October 2025.
- One voucher per one or two people.
- May buy multiples as gifts.
- Must be 18 or older.
- Customers must arrive 30 minutes before treatment.
- Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment time.
- Additional towels are available for £1 per towel hire.
- Treatment times and Afternoon Tea serving times are confirmed upon booking directly with the spa.
- 48 hours' notice required for change of date or cancellation.
- Lockers:
- For ladies, please bring a padlock along.
- For men, a £1 (coin) supplement for locker access.
- Children can use the pool at all times of the day, but splash times are between 4 pm – 5 pm on Fridays and 2-3 pm on weekends.
- Treatments will run consecutively.
