The Fine Print
- Vouchers are valid for redemption for six months from purchase date.
- One voucher per person. May buy multiples as gifts.
- Physical items:
- Subject to availability
- 50 for Royal Mail First Class Tracked (paid on merchant website)
- 65 for Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm (paid on merchant website)
- Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery from redemption
- Physical adoption boxes cannot be posted outside the UK
- Digital vouchers:
- Digital pack comes via email as a PDF.
- Please ensure you have entered your email address correctly on both our website and Goodheart's and keep an eye on your Junk/Spam folder.
- Digital vouchers will be sent Next Working Day e.g. vouchers ordered over the weekend will be emailed out on Monday.
- Christmas:
- Vouchers redeemed after 4pm on Friday 22nd December will not be sent out until Tuesday 2nd of January due to our team taking a break over Christmas.

- Please note, aspects of the box may differ slightly from the above image, for example, the style of pen or photo in the frame but all items listed will be included.
