How It Works
Select your preferred package (digital or physical) when redeeming your voucher.
If you choose digital: Receive your pack via email the next working day after redemption.
If you choose physical: Pay postage on the merchant’s site (Royal Mail options available), and receive your beautifully boxed pack within five working days (UK only).
Your adoption is valid for one year—you’ll receive regular email updates about Duncan throughout.

How long does my adoption last? Your adoption is valid for one year from redemption. You can renew it annually to continue supporting Duncan.
How do I receive my adoption pack? The digital pack is sent by email the next working day. The physical pack is posted within five working days after redemption (UK only; postage fees apply).
Can I buy this as a gift? Absolutely! You can buy multiple vouchers for friends or family—perfect for birthdays or special occasions.
Vouchers are valid for redemption for six months from purchase date.

Digital vouchers will be sent Next Working Day e.g. vouchers ordered over the weekend will be emailed out on Monday.
Christmas:
Vouchers redeemed after 4pm on Friday 22nd December will not be sent out until Tuesday 2nd of January due to our team taking a break over Christmas.
